They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the execution of impactful projects.
The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, supporting them across marketing, medical, sales, market access, and training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple client projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Advising clients on effective communication and engagement strategies to reach key audiences.
- Developing and presenting proposals to expand and strengthen client relationships.
- Collaborating with internal teams-including scientific, creative, and operations-to ensure seamless project execution.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform client strategies.
- Supporting business development efforts, including contributions to RFP responses and proactive recommendations.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- At least four years of experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, HCP Marketing, or healthcare advertising, including at least two years in account management.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
