The Role
The Accounts Manager will join a team that is dedicated to helping clients to achieve their personal and business goals. The role will primarily involve the delivery of a wide range of accounts and tax compliance assignments, working with sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and charities. This role will manage a portfolio of client work, monitor work-in-progress levels and undertake client billing, as well as supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA, you have 1-2 years of experience as a Manager in an accounting practice and demonstrate a good working knowledge of a wide variety of business accounts, as well as income, corporation and capital gains taxes. You are a strong multi-tasker who can manage deadlines and priorities effectively, with experience of supervising team members and reviewing work. You also possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
